I am Louise.


MSc. in Psychology and Mental Health Promotion.

Advisor in Organizational psychology, Happiness Expert, Author, Television Hostess, Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker.


I am Happiness worrier and an unstoppable optimist!

I am a woman, a mother of one happy soul and I have been around for 43 years.

 

I have had my shares of extremely unhappy moments and extraordinary happy moments. I did my work in theory and in practice.


I am here to help you understand; Why Happiness is serious business!

How it is related to both health and profit. And how you can get more of it!

I have spent the last 10 years translating Psychology and Neuroscience into practical strategies that optimize Mental Health and Well-being for leaders and organizations. 


I believe that science, stories and simple tools are the best ways to motivate people to take action and I have documented how a happy company culture has a profound impact on business.

In celebration of the International day of Mental Health, oct. 10th., I will be giving three Keynote speeches. One to a visionary finance organization, with over 21.000 employees. I am happy and thankful that Mental Health is finally being recognized as important, also in larger organizations.
